Single stage and double stage kinematic cilindrical gearboxes

Single stage (РЦО-63) and double stage (РЦД-126) kinematic cylindrical gearboxes are used in general purpose drives where automation devices can be applied. The gearboxes are intended for increasing and decreasing of an output shaft rotating speed.

The gearboxes have the following features:

-        oil bathe non-circulating lubricating system;

-        cylindrical input and output shafts.

The gearboxes operate under the following conditions:

-        permanent, oscillating, one direction and reversal load;

-        shafts rotation in any direction;

-        ambient temperature is from – 40°C to + 50°C;

-        non-aggressive medium, average dust content and humidity.

Upon Customer request EZTM JSC designs and manufactures special gears and gearboxes.
