Single stage and double stage cilindrical gearboxes

Single stage (Ц) and double stage (Ц2Ш) cylindrical gearboxes are general purpose drives intended for changing of torques and rotating speed in different machines and mechanisms. The gearboxes are used in heavy loaded drives for high torques transmission.

The gearboxes have the following features:

-        centralized circulating lubricating system;

-        cylindrical input and output shafts;

-        connection with different automation devices.

The gearboxes operate under the following conditions:

-        permanent, oscillating, one direction and reversal load;

-        shafts rotation in any direction, input shaft rotating speed is up to 1500 rpm;

-        ambient temperature is from – 40°C to + 50°C;

-        non-aggressive medium, average dust content and humidity.

Upon Customer request EZTM JSC designs and manufactures special gears and gearboxes.
