Forgings

EZTM JSC manufactures forgings of different purpose by presses with forces of 500, 800, 1500 and 3000 ton-force and by hammers of 1.5 and 2.0 ton.

Plain and stepped shafts, rings, semi-couplings, axles, flanges, cold and hot rolls, die blocks, cylinders, rims, gears, rings, plates are forged by forging equipment. Forging standard technical specification is according to GOST 8479-70.

All forgings are heat-treated (annealing and normalizing). The forgings are made from metal melted by the Works or by the Customer.
