More than 60 years the EZTM Joint Stock  Company specializes in production of cold and hot rolls. The progressive types of technologies including all operations: metallurgical , press-forging, heat-treating, mechanical-assembling are used  when producing  the products mentioned above.

Steel making for rolls is performed in electric arc furnaces. When forging ingots the temperature and technological conditions are endured. Both volume and surface hardening by industrial frequency current and high frequency current is used widely.

The mechanical-assembling production is provided with modern equipment including CNC

machines and fine finishing machines of high accuracy and etc.

Systematic increase of  durability and wear resistance of rolls  is achieved by :

• research and use  of new and more strength materials;
• improvement of production technology;
• strict observance of the service conditions at the Consumer.

High-alloyed steels are used  for manufacturing of work and back-up rolls.

Roll operation analysis at the Consumer confirms high durability and wear resistance of the rolls manufactured by the EZTM Joint Stock Company.

Rolls with the EZTM trade-mark operate at metallurgical enterprises of Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine as well as in Bulgaria, Cuba, Czechia, France, Germany, India, Iran, Mongolia.
