Jaw crushers

Jaw crushers are intended for crushing of rock material with crushing strength up to 300 MPa. The crushers are serviceable and simple in design with few high-wearing parts.

Jaw crusher ЩДС 12х15-Ф is intended for crushing of granite, touchstone, sandrock, limestone, ore and other rock materials procured for national economy enterprises and for export.

All parameters are protected by crusher design at environment temperature from 40ºC up to - 45ºC.

The crushers are available in "У" and "T" versions, class 3 according to GOST 15150.

Crushers manufactured for export to tropical countries correspond to GOST 15151.

Crushers intended for operation in mines are featured by an explosion-proof movable bedplate and a motor drive unit.
