Rotary kiln shells

"EZTM" JSC manufactures kiln bodies with diameter of 2,6 m, 3 m and 3,2 m; kiln shells with diameter of 3,6 m, 4 m, 4,5 m, 5 m, 5,6 m, 6,4 m: width of 25-90 mm and material – 09Г2С-12.

A new CNC-controlled bending machine MC03080 "DAVI", Italy installed at the works allows to bend cold plates with thickness from 20 to 110 mm.

High quality of weld joints is achieved by automatic submerged-arc welding. Welded plate thickness is up to 120 mm.
