Ring gears

"EZTM" JSC manufactures ring gears for cement kilns, ball mills, coolers and other equipment for cement industry. The following ring gears have been manufactured and supplied to customers:

Gear hobbing machines operating at "EZTM" JSC allow to manufacture any other ring gears with module from 16 to 50 mm and outer diameter up to 8 m including helical and corrected tooth design. The ring gears are cut according to 8-9 accuracy degree (GOST 1643-81) under control of qualified specialists.

Spare parts to gearboxes

 "EZTM" JSC repairs and modernizes gearboxes ZM-1600, 40А7, D-3500 and DD-3500 made in Germany; manufactures spare pinion shafts and gear clusters for coaxial twin gearboxes with Novikov herringbone gearing А-2800 and А-3600 made by "Volgotsemmash".

"EZTM" JSC designs and manufactures new gearboxes for cement kilns and mills, for example, gearbox ЦТ-3230 with weight of 69 ton and output torque of 840 kNm.
