Working relationship

Consolidation of design organizations and engineering works for production of modern and competitive equipment is a new stage of the Russian engineering industry development.

To realize this objective an engineering-commercial consortium "Tsemmash" was founded in June 2005. The consortium consists of the following enterprises

-        "Elektrostalsky heavy engineering works JSC", Elektrostal, Moscow region;

-        "Tyazhmash JSC", Syzran, Samara region;

-        "Betsema CJSC", Krasnogorsk, Moscow region;

-        "Volgotsemservice CJSC", Tolyatti.

Over 10 thousand of employees work at the enterprises. Each works has its own design and technological department, heavy-duty equipment and well qualified staff.

"Tsemmash" management is located in Moscow, Bolshoi Kislovsky per., 3/2.

The consortium is able to offer a comprehensive spectrum of services (design, steel founding, machining, assembly and installation of equipment).

The main aims of the consortium are as follows:

-        production of competitive equipment for processing of rocks;

-        complete delivery of equipment for construction and reconstruction of building materials production plants especially cement ones;

-        preparation of engineering documents and estimates for construction and reconstruction of plants including cement ones;

-        researching of crushing, screening, grinding, separation and beneficiation processes.

We are able to settle different problems of cement plants and offer services that range from construction and reconstruction project development to complete delivery of equipment and its installation, setup and commissioning. We have held consultations with "Giprotsement JSC" (St. Petersburg), "Yuzhgiprotsement" (Kharkov) and established business relations with them.
