Social and personnel policy

EZTM Joint Stock Company is a town-forming enterprise. Life and prosperity of Elektrostal citizens depend on its stable work. Today it is possible to say that the enterprise has a great future. And it means that the city will continue to improve its quality of life.

EZTM JSC gives careful attention to social problems. More than 20 blocks of flats, 3 hostels and a hotel have been built by the enterprise since its foundation. Nowadays a new programme of hypothecary crediting housing constructions for the employees has been developed.

EZTM JSC is the people centred enterprise where both material well-being and improvement of leisure industry and employees' health are cared about. There is a cultural centre "Oktyabr", a stadium "Avangard", a forest-park "Avangard", a recreation camp "Voskhod", a sanatorium camp "Yasnaya Polyana" and a guest house "Marina" on the Black Sea shore in Anapa at the disposal of the employees and Elektrostal citizens.

The culture centre "Oktyabr", the pride of EZTM JSC, was built in 1964. This centre has the largest hall in Elektrostal (760 seats) to hold parties, concerts, and other performances. Seminars and forums of the world importance are also held in this centre.

The enterprise takes care about its veterans, employees and their children. There are dancing, circus and other circles and a fine arts school in the "Oktyabr". 

Particular attention is also given to sports development. The enterprise supports different sports sections. A lot of competitions of difference importance are held in its stadium.

The personnel policy of the enterprise is aimed at creation of highly professional conscientious and ambitious team which takes responsibility for its work and obtains psychic and monetary income from it.

The quality management system of JSC EZTM corresponded to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and certificated by Britain Standard Institute (BSI) identifies solutions of organizational, technical and investment problems. With the help of improved wage system, different material and moral incentives as well as social support programme this system makes the employees increase product quality.

A modern system of continuous education and advanced training has been applied at the works. All specialists have an opportunity to take part in seminars and conferences which they are interested in.

Technical vocational school-80 has been training young professionals for the works since 1980. The works maintains relationships with many Russian institutes, especially with Elektrostal branch of Moscow State Institute of Steel and Allows.

EZTM JSC has a unique scientific and technical library with a stock amounting to 140 ths. items of printed material. All specialists of the works have full access to scientific, technical, normative and reference literature. The library stock is constantly updated and allows our specialists to get acquainted with the latest innovations.

Youth association dealing with youth politic of the works was created in 2005.

Specialists from different regions of Russia and CIS are brought to the works. The unique working migrants' center where foreign workers comfortably live was created in 2005.

To draw workers of shortage specialties it was decided to pay a lump-sum grant amounting to 28 000 rub. to newcomers after passing their probation period.

EZTM JSC gives careful attention to mentoring and other traditions, supports "working dynasties".

Summarizing everything up it is possible to say that our employees can positively face the future, make plans and careers using their talents and innovations.
