Electrostal Heavy Engineering Works JSC (Electrostal, Moscow region), Graebener Maschinentechnik GmbH & Co KG (Germany) and Fontijne Grotnes BV (The Netherlands) signed a protocol on cooperation in the field of design and supply of tube welding equipment for longitudinally welded large diameter tubes & pipes production in 17.11.06. JSC EZTM one of the largest engineering works has the know-how to supply such equipment. This year EZTM JSC celebrates its 65 anniversary. Graebener Maschinentechnik GmbH & Co KG and Fontijne Grotnes BV manufacture equipment for tube welding works where longitudinally welded large diameter tubes & pipes are produced. According to the protocol, the German enterprise supplies only individual machines such as plate edge milling machines, 3 roll bending machines, forming presses, welding units, profile milling machines, end beveling machines and hydrotesters. The Holland partner has its own expanders and trimmers.

According to the protocol, EZTM JSC is the main contractor and supplier of a complete set of equipment for Russian and foreign tube welding works. Each project is documented in a separate consortium agreement.

Consolidated contract is scheduled for signing in the nearest future.
