Cold rolling mill (ХПТ)

EZTM JSC has manufactured high efficiency tube rolling and welding equipment since 1957. Cold rolling mills intended for production of high-accuracy and precision tube rank very high. Cold rolling method allows to work different metals and alloys. Besides it is possible to roll shaped tubes and tubes with variable section in the ХПТ mills. The first mill ХПТ 55-2Э was manufactured by EZTM in 1958. Then double strand mills intended for tube argon rolling and mills for rolling of large pipes with diameter from 90 to 450 mm (ХПТ 250, ХПТ 160), unique mill ХПТ 450, double strand mills ХПТ 2-40А and ХПТ 2-40Б, double strand modernization of mills ХПТ 32, 55, 90 and ХПТ 32, 55, 90 (4^th version) were manufactured. Mills ХПТ 30, 40, 2-110, ХПТР 60-160 have been manufactured recently. Mills ХПТ 32, 55 modernizations and roller mills ХПТР have been manufactured and are being installed in situ.

Design engineers of ХПТ design offices are searching new engineering solutions in order to increase mills technical level and competitiveness.

Tube electric welding plant (ТЭСА)

Tube rolling industry is one of the leading sectors of ferrous metallurgy. It is developing very rapidly and requires many tubes of varies standard sizes. Welded tubes and pipes with diameter of 6-630 mm are rolled in continuous plants operating in "endless" circuit i.e. forming, welding and sizing operations. Continuous tube electric welding plants, tube electric plants for production of main and field pipelines, unconventional equipment and duplicate recoilers have been designed and manufactured since the works foundation. ТЭСА 20…120 was the first plant of such type. The mill was manufactured for a Chinese company. ТЭСА 530…820 for CHTPZ was manufactured concurrently. Then АДС20…120 for Moscow Tube Works, ТЭСА102-220 for Seversky Tube Works, ТЭСА159-529 for Novomoskovsk Metallurgical Plant, ТЭСА1020 for CHTPZ, ТЭСА1020…1620 for KHTZ and other equipment have been designed and manufactured. Many designers of tube welding plants have got different State Prizes.
