"EZTM" JSC manufactures ring gears, open transmissions of kiln drives, ball crushers, grate coolers, dryers and other equipment for cement industry.

In order to extend product mix a gear-milling machine has been bought and put into operation at "EZTM" JSC. The machine is intended for machining of ring gears with max outer diameter up to 8,0 m and module up to 50 mm.

On Customer's request "EZTM" JSC is able to manufacture other ring gears including helical and corrected ones with modules from 16 to 50 mm and outer diameter up to 8 m. Accuracy degree of ring gears is 8-9 in accordance with ГОСТ 1643-81.

"EZTM" JSC repairs and redesigns DD-4640,  ZM-1600, 40А7, Д-3500 and ДД-3500 gearboxes, former GDR. We manufacture spare pinion shafts and chains of gears for coaxial twin herringbone gearboxes with Novikov engagement А-2800 and А-3600 manufactured by "Volgatsemmash".

"EZTM" JSC designs and manufactures new gearboxes for cement kilns and crushers. For example, gearbox ЦТ-3230 with weight of 69 t and rated output shaft torque of 840 kN/m has been designed and successfully put into operation.
