EZTM, JSC has Supplied Cold Rolling Tube Mill CRTM – 280

to the Customer in Iran

The Electrostal Heavy Engineering Works (EZTM) designed, manufactured and supplied CRTM – 280 mill intended for cold rolling of tubes made of various grades of steels, non-ferrous metals and alloys.

Tubes obtained on this mill will be applied for oil extraction in the Persian Gulf.

This mill is unique due to the ranges of shells and obtained tubes:

Shell outer diameter: OD 140-280 mm (5.5-11.0”);

Finished tube outer diameter: OD 100-254 mm (4.0-10.0”)

The mill production capacity depending on the rolling route and finished tube requirements is from 50 to 180 m/h.

The equipment total weight is about 350 tons. Its transportation to the port of Astrakhan required to use 10 curtain-sided and 8 off-gauge trucks.

At present the equipment has come to Bandar-e Anzali Port of Iran and is ready to be transported to the Customer’s site.

Further, EZTM specialists shall supervise the equipment erection and commissioning and train the Customer’s personnel.
