QCCD is manufactured with the following standard sizes: Ø= 80 ,100,150,200,300,350,400,
500 and 700mm by pressure 7,5 and 16 MPa according to GOST8.563.1-97.
Construction of the diaphragm seal and the body is the innovation for home QCCD. The reliable construction of the diaphragm seal of П-cross section provides guaranteed seal of the diaphragm unit that in its turn creates firm pressure differential at the inlet and outlet of gas flow.
The increased accuracy of installation of diaphragm center relative to the QCCD axle in comparison with the requirements of GOST8.563.1-97 provides stable as motion through a constricting device and favours the increase of measurement accuracy of gas consumption.
The advantage of the QCCD mentioned above is the manufacture of openings of pressure tap with grade to the axle of the device that provides condensate flow when transfering of gas of increased humidity and its original technology guarantees high accuracy of manufacture of these openings and accuracy of space between the diaphragm end and the opening axle.
Construction of QCCD flanges provides the reliable hermetic connection of the device with measuring pipeline. Simple and handy in operation design of fixture for release of the measuring pipeline when dismounting of the whole measuring device is used.
QCCD operation temperature is up to 60 0C.
QCCD is provided with:
- removable branches allowing to inspect inner cavities of the measuring pipeline without QCCD dismounting;
- double profile of the seal excluding gas leakage into atmosphere;
- device for easy lift of the diaphragm (for Ø 300mm and more) which allows to change it during 20 min.

QCCD of JSC EZTM are designed and manufactured with due regard for complete safety of the operator during operation ,repair and inspection.
Each QCCD is inspected thoroughly and passes approval tests at the special stand according to the special programme under pressure which is 1,5 times as excess as the working one before sending to a Customer. The construction simplicity allows easily to carry out the inspection and the diaphragm change and provides maximum safety of operations, accuracy of measurement and economy.
