Proposed method of gears manufacturing has considerable advantages over production of teeth by traditional method-milling. Rolled gears have higher durability up to 35-45% in comperison with milling and up to 25-30% higher load-carring capacity.
The design of the mill for teeth rolling provides high stiffness that permits to roll teeth for finish milling or grinding excepting labour expenditures for roughing treatment.
