Cold rolling tube mill 65-5

CRTM – 65 ordered by our Indian Customer is undergoing kinematic testing at the Company’s testing bench. This machine compares favorably with its previous modifications due to the higher mechanization and automation level. The cold rolling tube mill is intended for manufacturing a high precision cold-worked tube with the outer diameter of 14-45 mm from a hollow blank, i.e. a shell, with the outer diameter ranging from 24 to 69 mm. Stand movement speed can vary up to 180 strokes per minute. The CRTM – 65 is a continuous mill requiring no stops for shell recharging. Feed and turn mechanisms of this machine are driven individually from the servodrives ensuring flexible rolling technology.
