Cold rolling tube mills are designed to produce seamless cold rolled high-accuracy tubes from different steel grades and t titanium copper and aluminum-base alloys.
Tubes rolled by such method have high-precision sizes of wall thickness, outer and inner diameters, high-quality of outer and inner surfaces and metal favorable structure.
Such tubes are mainly used in atomic and energetic industries, in cosmic and air techniques, ship building, oil-chemistry and chemistry industries and other sectors of machinery building.
EZTM JSC produces mills of more than 50 modifications to manufacture tubes from 4 to 450 mm in diameter considering use of optimal technology and production conditions at Customer site:
- Mills can have side or butt end load of billet with continuous working scheme or with stops for reloading.
- Mills can be produced with different stand type: with forced movable housing, with movable cassette and forced housing with support skid, with movable cassette and support rolls and stationary forced housing. Stands can be equipped with different type of gauges-ring type: horseshoe shaped, semi disks or rollers with constant groove profile.
- Mills are presented in one strand or two strand design.
- Billet length is from 1,5 to 15 meters.
- Mills are supplied with outlet tables to receive tubes in straight lengths after their cutting in the mill train or with coiling of finished tubes after rolling.
Use of new rolling schedules with application of new power machines provided the manufacture of high-precision cold-deformed tubes which correspond to international standards.
Use of devices for balancing of dynamic and static loads in the displacement drive of the working stand provides high speed of mills and minimum power expenditures when operating the equipment.
New arrangement of machines provides minimum foundation depth of the equipment which considerably reduces construction and erection costs.
Increased monthly and annual average output is achieved as a result of time reduction for auxiliary works and the equipment repair.
