The main supporting structure of the cooler is the foundation. The main working unit is the cooling grate. "EZTM" JSC carries out full assembly of the foundation and the cooling grate as well as running tests of the cooler in the presence of Customer.
The cooling grate is supplied in separate sections which decreases its assembly period and increases assembly accuracy.
Undergrate space of the foundation is divided into several independent chambers where cooling air is fed by the fans. It allows to maintain high clinker layer on the grate leading to high coefficient of thermal efficiency of the cooler and extended service life of the grate. The cooler can be operated in kilns with diameter of 4,5/5x170 m and 5x180 m.
